Login Delo Completes Acquisition of Shares in Korsakov Sea Trade Port

Login Delo, LLC has completed the acquisition of 64.26% of the shares in JSC Korsakov Sea Trade Port (KSTP).

The transaction had previously received all necessary regulatory approvals, including clearance from the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

With a proven track record in successful investments in stevedoring assets, the Login Delo team plans to focus on the development of KSTP to create a logistics hub. This includes serving Sakhalin’s oil and gas projects, fish processing industry, and cruise ships.

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2024), Login Delo, LLC and the Government of Sakhalin Region signed a cooperation agreement aimed at achieving synergistic effects in developing the transport and logistics, tourism, and recreational potential of Sakhalin Region, as well as enhancing the competitiveness of maritime transport volumes through the region’s ports. The main goal of the signed document is the cooperation of the parties in modernizing the infrastructure of the Korsakov Sea port.
