Delo Group expands corporate demographic program with Family Car initiative
Delo Group plans to enhance its corporate demographic program by offering a 7-seater car to employees upon the birth of a fourth or subsequent child. Additionally, the company intends to launch the DeloGrad and DeloDom projects aimed at supporting large families and families of special operation participants. This announcement was made by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, during the annual All-Russian Demographic Conference “From the Year of the Family to the Century of the Family”.
These initiatives address the primary needs of large families, where housing and transportation are top priorities.
“Now we are finalizing a new standard, when we will give a large family a seven-seater car for the fourth child,” said Shishkarev. He also mentioned that the Group is considering localizing the production of one of the Chinese seven-seater models in Russia.
Shishkarev announced two new projects focused on employment and subsidized housing for large families. Plans include the establishment of DeloDom house kit factories in partnership with Rusklimat TPH and the construction of a DeloGrad settlement for 50 families in the Lipetsk region. Both projects are currently under development.
The factories are expected to produce standard, one-story, energy-efficient homes for the DeloGrad settlement. The community will be equipped with all necessary infrastructure to support the comfortable living of large families and families of special operation participants. Housing will be provided on a social rent basis, with the possibility of future ownership at a reduced cost if certain conditions are met.
Delo Group’s corporate demographic program has been in place for nearly three years and offers progressively increasing benefits with each child. For the third child, families receive RUB 1 million. The program also includes financial support for the first and second children, early return to work from childcare leave, kindergarten fee reimbursement, and vouchers for children’s health camps. Over 2,000 employees have benefited, with 68 families receiving one million rubles for the birth of their third or subsequent children.
