Delo Group Has Launched the Transportation of Agricultural Products from Krasnoyarsk to China via Zabaikalsk

The Delo Group has expanded the geography of rapeseed oil exports from Russia to China by organizing a rail service from Krasnoyarsk to Shaanxi Province through its own land-based container terminal in Zabaikalsk.

The first train, consisting of 94 twenty-foot containers of oil, departed from the Delo Group terminal at the Bazaikha station on June 27. The final destination of the route is Xi’an Station (Shaanxi Province, central China).

This new land route expands the opportunities for local agricultural producers, reducing transit time and complementing the Group’s existing services through the seaports of the Far East. It is planned that further deliveries of agricultural products from the Krasnoyarsk region to China via Zabaikalsk will be organized on a regular basis.

The service resulted from the joint efforts of the Krasnoyarsk regional administration, the Delo Group, and the region’s largest oil processing enterprise, LLC Krasnoyarsk Oil Plant. The transportation is fully organized using the Group’s own equipment, with the freight forwarding handled by the holding’s service integrator, Ruscon.
