By decree of the President of the Russian Federation, senior executives of Delo Group’s Novorossiysk operations have been awarded state honors in recognition of their heroism, courage, professionalism, and personal contribution to safeguarding Russia’s critical infrastructure.

The inclusive motorcycle racing team BN Racing (ANO Bolshoye Nachalo), with the support of Login Delo, founded by Sergey Shishkarev, successfully completed the first two rounds of the 2026 Russian Rally Raid Championship.

Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, presented the results of the Group’s programme to increase birth rates and support motherhood and childhood at a meeting of the Presidential Council for the Implementation of State Demographic and Family Policy. He also put forward proposals for the further development of corporate practices in this area.

The KSK grain terminal (part of DeloPorts, the stevedoring arm of the Delo Group) in Novorossiysk has commissioned a ship unloader that will enable the handling of export grain shipments from river-sea class vessels, with subsequent transshipment onto ocean-going bulk carriers. Previously, the terminal handled grain only from road and rail transport.

Petrolesport marine multifunctional terminal (PLP), which is located in the Big Port of St. Petersburg and is part of the Delo Group holding of Global Ports, has started handling a regular container service linking St. Petersburg with Brazilian ports. This service provides additional opportunities for export and import cargo transportation for Global Ports customers between Russia and Latin American countries.

The Rostec State Corporation and Sergey Shishkarev, founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Management Company LLC (the parent company of Delo Group), signed a memorandum of cooperation on April 2, 2026, regarding their joint participation in Delo Group.

The Delo Group and Vietnamese railway operator RATRACO signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026. The document was signed by Valery Martynov, Deputy General Director for International Operations at Delo Group, and Nguyen Hoang Thanh, Deputy General Director of RATRACO.

The agreement lays the foundation for systematic cooperation in railway and multimodal logistics across Russia, Vietnam, and third countries. The parties intend to jointly develop logistics infrastructure, including terminals and freight stations, and to optimize end-to-end routes within Eurasian transport corridors. Under the agreement, Delo Group and RATRACO will facilitate access to terminal infrastructure on Russian and Vietnamese railways and jointly develop transport and logistics infrastructure projects.

“The partnership with RATRACO presents new opportunities for expanding overland routes between Russia and Southeast Asia. Combining the Group’s expertise with that of the transport division of Vietnam Railways will enable us to create efficient, seamless services for our exporters and importers. Our strategic goal is to offer the market a reliable and technologically advanced alternative to traditional routes, leveraging Eurasian railway corridors,” said Valery Martynov.

The Delo Group and UTLC ERA, an international container transportation operator, signed a memorandum of integration and cooperation on the sidelines of the International Transport and Logistics Forum 2026. The document was signed by Sergey Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group, and Alexey Grom, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of OTLK ERA.

Delo Group and the Vietnam Maritime Corporation (VIMC) signed a memorandum of understanding on the sidelines of the Vietnam-Russia Business Forum, aimed at developing maritime transport and logistics services between Russia and Vietnam. The document was signed by Andrey Sokolov, Deputy General Director of Delo Management Company LLC (the Group’s parent company), and Le Quang Trang, Vice President of VIMC.
