On 13 September 2022, Delo Group (“Delo”) completed the acquisition of a 30.75% stake in Global Ports Investments Plc (“GPI”) from APM Terminals (“APMT”), the terminals business of A.P. Moller - Maersk, after fulfilling all necessary conditions, including obtaining approvals from the Russian Federation authorities. As a result, Delo’s shareholding in GPI increased to 61.50%.

Delo and AMPT closed the transaction on arm’s length terms, which include the possibility for APMT to return to a joint business with Delo in the future.
