An important component of Delo Group’s social policy is the development of sports. For many years, the Group’s companies have been actively supporting domestic sports, implementing projects in professional and children’s sports at the national and club levels, and contributing to the development of handball and football in Russia.

Delo Group recognizes the paramount importance of its employees, and the Group’s companies are striving to provide them with decent working conditions, substantial opportunities for both professional and personal growth, and social well-being. Since 2022, the Group has been implementing a corporate program to stimulate fertility and large families among its employees. In 2023, the corporate program was extended to all Group assets. Support measures are available to 11,000 employees in all regions of the Group’s presence, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok.
